Bookings & Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advanced and confirmed.
Payments: Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. Deposits may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be approved by Be Sharp Cleaning and may require a fee.
Access to Property: Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays caused by restricted access may affect service time.
Service Quality: We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and will always make every reasonable effort to ensure client satisfaction. Results may vary depending on the condition of the property and scope of work.
Liability: While we take great care of our work, Be Sharp Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that require specialized cleaning methods.
Health & Safety: For the protection of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
